CASE 1

History of acute pain 26, resolved by a course of antibiotics from GDP.

Tooth treated in 2 stages using hand Protaper files and standardized 2% K Flexofiles. Obturated with customized GP cones and Roth's Sealer using cold lateral compaction for apical 2-3 mm followed by energized spreading and vertical compaction for the remainder of the canal. Primary coronal seal with amalgam Nayyar core.

Case 2

Tooth treated in 2 stages using hand Protaper files and standardized 2% K Flexofiles. Patency and double curve maintained in the apical third of the distal root during preparation. Obturated with customized GP cones and Roth's Sealer using cold lateral compaction for apical 2-3 mm followed by energized spreading and vertical compaction for the remainder of the canal. Primary coronal seal with amalgam Nayyar core.

Case 3

Tooth treated in 2 stages using hand Protaper files and standardized 2% K Flexofiles. Mesial root with three canals. Mesio buccal canal and mid mesial canals join apically. Obturated with customized GP cones and Roth's Sealer using cold lateral compaction for apical 2-3 mm followed by energized spreading and vertical compaction for the remainder of the canal. Endodontic access through the crown sealed with amalgam.
